By Bart Kling (Inshared)

In  this breakout we go back to the start of the COVID19 period where we were forced  to start working from home. Our management was in need of support to be able to make fast decisions. We will also look at this in a broader context how building simple models can support in difficult times, all from the thought that all models are wrong, but some are useful. Furthermore, we also look at the long term effects of COVID19 on our regular models.

Dutch insurers are required by law to develop such plans. But, what is a PCP and how does it work? And, did these PCPs work well in managing these (or other) crises? And if not, what good are such plans?
